Cancellation requests are to be submitted in writing (email to firstname.lastname@example.org).
You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your stay and receive a refund of the deposit paid, less a $33 administration fee.
Unless a specific and relevant government restriction is imposed which prevents you (the principal guest) from travelling, cancellation requests made within 14 days of your stay will forfeit the deposit paid (equivalent to one night tariff at the highest nightly rate quoted).
COVID19 PROVISION: Where reservations are directly affected by government imposed travel restrictions which directly affect your place of residence, cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival, and will be refunded monies paid, less the $33 admin fee.
‘No-shows’ or cancellations made within 24hours of arrival will not be refunded.
