Formerly known as Diamond Beach Resort?

Yes.  The property was named Diamond Beach Resort when first built.  This was only recently changed the to Cabarita Beachfront Apartments in November 2021.  (Much better, huh?)

How close is the beach?

We’re located on Tweed Coast Road, right across the road from Lions Park at Norries Headland.  From there you can access the protected ‘Cove’ Beach immediately in front,  ‘Maggies’ Beach to the South,  or the main patrolled beach just a short easy walk to the North (this can be accessed via road or by the headland walking track).

How many people per apartment?

All apartments are two bedroom with a queen bed in the main bedroom, and two single beds in the other – so up to 4 adults can be accommodated per apartment.  Trundle beds are not provided or permitted,  but cots may be used for infants.

Is there a kitchen?

Each apartment is individually furnished,  and all kitchens are self-contained with full size refrigerator, oven, stove-top, microwave, kettle and toaster.  Take a look at our apartments here.

Breakfast?  Restaurant? Room Service?

We don’t cater any meals here.  Each apartment has its own kitchen,  and there are heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby in the village. Find some here. There is also a Woolworths supermarket just up the road.

Accessibility? Lifts?

The apartments are on three levels, all accessed by stairs.  The accommodation is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs, walking aids or impaired mobility.   It may be possible to allocate a lower/ground floor at time of booking if requested – subject to availability.

Cancellation policy?

The apartments are managed by Kingscliff Accommodation and bookings are subject to their terms and conditions of letting.  You’ll find the policies here .

Pets?

Pets are not permitted on the premises, sorry.

Smoking?

All apartment interiors and balconies, and common areas of the property are non-smoking spaces.  Penalties apply and a (minimum $200) cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke smell is detected in/near an apartment.
